Project Summary (75 words or less):
N/A
1. Liberty needed an improved online check reorder process. Liberty also planned to decouple the brand presentation layer allowing their community bank and credit union customers to leverage this solution under private label.
2. The measurement for success was to lower the rate of cart abandonment and increase sales through effective cross- and up-selling techniques.
3. Target audience includes community bank and credit union employees and clients.
4. Clients wanted a simple way to reorder checks, Liberty wanted to pair that experience with subtle crossand up-sells.
5. There were technology constraints, but we worked closely with Liberty’s development team to implement the final design.
6. Wolfmotell architected, designed and consumer tested the new reorder experience.
7. Liberty was hoping for a 50% completion rate for reorders. To date, their rate of completing a re-order is 70%. Accessory sales have increased by 50%. Key word phrases from the home page have nearly doubled visitor traffic from search engines.
